Here's the scam. Using public records the sales staff calls you and pitches getting you out of a lawsuit or judgment which has been filed against your company and get the case dismissed or judgment satisfied for about half of the debt. Read agreement for services and it will say No set up fee, No retainer fee etc..read closer and you see you will pay 10% if a pay schedule for a balance owed up to 25k, 9% for 25K-49k and 8% 50k or over. They will send offers to attorney at 35% of the total debt..if the attorney accepts for example 3500.00 on 10,000..they will call and tell you they got you out for 6,000 "about half" or 60% they make 2500.00. If the attorney says no deals they will try and get you payments on the full amount ..so if you owe 10,000.00 and they negotiate you to pay 1000.00 per month they too will get 1000.00 or 10% and tell you the initial down payment is 2000.00 they will take 1000 of that and you better pray the rest makes it to the attorney on time because the clock on litigation is ticking and once their fee is collected they dont care if your payment to the attorney is late or not. That 10,000 you owed is now 11,000. In lawsuits the attorney who sued you will prepare a stipulation outlining the agreement and Cain and Daniels will either A. Hold those in house until you make your first payment so they can get there fee before you see the amount the attorney really agreed to or B. Use slimy tricks of changing the numbers on the documents so you think its the actual agreement or C. Tell you they will send the attorney email showing the agreement and change the email when forwarding it to you to reflect the amount which adds their fee. They will also will lie about dates money is due to the attorney so they push urgency by saying it has to be over the next day or so in order to stop the lawsuit or judgment being executed..this is 90% of the time a lie and tactics to get money from you to them as fast as possible before you figure out you could have done the same deal on your own for no fee. Advice..get a real lawyer. Cain and Daniels is a fictitious name meant to sound like a lawfirm. They are not. They use fraud and deciet. They wil not look out for your best interest and most of the time it will coat you more than necessary and you risk being further litigated upon at more expense to you because they do not get the money you sent them to the attorneys timely. They can't do business in Florida where the office is because lawyers shut them down in this State so they prey on victims elsewhere. IF YOU SIGNED AN AGREEMENT..RESCIND THE POWER OF ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY! OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Great review. Just found out about their schemes and scams today. Hope everyone does their homework before signing on or even listening to these people.
And there staff is rude pushy sarcastic and unprofessional to say the least...and that's during the cold call solicitation. They contact us again and they will be looking at trouble for themselves
The worst liars ever!!
This review above is almost 100% exactly what they did to our company! They sent emails gaurenteeing to settle a case for 50% of the cost! They then came back and said they could only get it reduced to 1,000 a month. We agreed and made 4,000 in payments. They then added a settlement agreement asking for 4500 in additional legal fees"! We refused of course as we had already made payments! Then then did not respond the other lawyers and made us default on our case! Now we have lost our original 4,000 and have to pay other attorneys fees as well! Worst scam company ever!!!! Do not use them
Bad Environment
As a former employee I agree with all the reviews. What ever Cain and Daniels does, can be done on your own for no fee. All they do is contact plaintiff attorney and settle for 30%, but they will tell you it's 50%.

I am also a former employee and i do not recommend doing business with this company. Yes, everything they do you can do yourself and you can get an even bigger settlement. Stay away!!!
Was settling debit from another company thru their legal representation. Cain & Daniels contacted me, represented themselves as being affiliated with other company and could settle my debt.
Upon settlement, I submitted what I was to be applied to the 1st two months payments I owed.
I later found out the amount I remitted to cover as they stated two months payments were not fully allied as Cain & Daniels retained 500.00 of the 1000.00 . for their own compensation.
I requested a refund and was denied by them.
Cain & Daniels contacted me to negotiate a settlement / dispute from a business deal. The other party had a judgement against me and they stated that they could easily reduce the settlement amount to around half. I agreed and they came back with a higher amount with a payment plan? I sent them the first payment for the settlement not them ($1000) which they kept. They have now come back with yet a higher amount.
In short I want my $1000 back.
Dont use these jokers if you want results. Use an attorney.

Used this fraudulent company to help me with a case, long story short they told me they would get it settled saving me $12,000 and found out the offer was never accepted by the attorney. I paid $4,500 and they kept $2,500 claiming it's fees for setting up a payment schedule, I could have done this for free on my own. Then when I fell behind because of another lawsuit, I emailed them telling them of my situation. Never responded and then sent me a email informing me they contacted the attorney and told him to proceed how he needed to to collect the money owed. I was floored with how unprofessional they are and can't believe they are even a company in business. Biggest scam ever!!! Bunch of liars and snakes, don't use them ever!!! Stay away!!! Very rude and ignorant
