In june of 2022 i ordered an alternator bracket from the website https://cadillacspeedshop.com there was a problem with the billing with my debit card and it was being declined. i reached out to cadillac global to fix the problem of the declined transactions via the website contact messenger and about a week later i received a phone call from someone claiming to be apart of the companies financial department who proceeded to take down my debit card information and reorder the alternator braket for me. i did not receive this order until little over 2 months went by even though the website stated they were in stock and would be sent and received within 3-5days. i had inquired about the bracket 3-4 times and they responded twice saying it was on its way. i asked for the order to be cancelled and refund my payment and then they responded that they would send my message to their returns department for review. then i received the part about 5 days later. when it finally arived i was pleased with the part and that was it. then oct 9th 2022 i was checking my checking account history via my banks app and there was a charge for $407 from cadillac global but i had not ordered anyting else from them. i contacted them telling them that they had mistakenly charged my debit card and if theyd review my order history on their site theyd see that i never placed any order for that amount or any additional new order after the braket. they told me they couldnt help me and i needed to contact their support team via email only so i did. their response was they would review the information i had given them. 2 days later a small box was delivered to me from cadillacSpeedShop via usps but it felt as if nothing was even in the box so i made a video of me opening the package to have proof of what i had suspected that there was nothing in the box, and upon opening the small box seeing that indeed the package was empty. i sent more emails demand my money be returned to me but they said i had already received the order(that i never ordered in the first place) and there was nothing more they could help me with. i contacted my bank, Discover Bank, and they told me that if i never placed the order i would not have to pay the $407. they reimbursed me and opened an investigation. but because the company sent me an empty box they had proof that they sent me a package through usps and even with my video of me openning a empty box and the weight of the package verses the part they claimed they had sent me were not even close to the same weight as nothing is much lighter than something, Discover Bank's investigation sided with the scam artists and took back the original reimbursement of $407.

bottom line is beware of this website: cadillacSpeedShop.com they used my debit card information and stole my money from me and then commited fraud using the united state postal service to send me an empty box. i was scammed out of my hard earned money and i want to help others not lose their money the same way to these crooks by informing the public about their criminal actions against me.

I placed an order through Cadillac speed shops website on 5/22/22. I never received any updates or shipping info, so I emailed them a reminder 2 weeks later if I could please get my order shipped. I sent that email out on 6/9/22, they then sent me an email saying that they have been having issues and that it will be sent out the next business day which should have been 6/10/22 or 6/13/22.

I waited until the 15th to give them the benefit of the doubt but they never shipped it out. I sent them an email that I would like my order cancelled on 6/15/22. They replied the same day and seem confused that I was told they were having issues. They then told me that now they are back in stock and will be shipped out.

Although I asked them to cancel my order and I was never informed that they were out of stock, their website does not show this either they ignored me and told me that it will be shipped out. I replied immediately asking them to cancel my order. They didn’t reply until 6/22/22 telling me they don’t know why my order was delayed but it will be shipped out immediately.

Again I asked them that I don’t want it anymore and wanted my order canceled. On 6/24/22 they replied saying that it’s too late as it was just shipped out. I asked them if I can return it and they told me that I may return it but I will be charged a 35% restocking fee and I will have to pay for return shipping.

I told them that I don’t think that is right and explained to them that I have been trying to get my order canceled way before it was ever shipped out. I also asked them if I can get the restocking fee and return shipping waived. They didn’t reply.

I even asked them if I can at least get the tracking and shipping information that they had said I would receive and now they are not responding to any of my emails. As of today 7/13/22 I have not received my order, updates to my order, tracking/shipping info, or even a reason as to why my order is not being processed.
