A service of 5 megs was contracted and from the first day only raised about 1 mega, charged in advance, it took three days to change the equipment and then the signal is unstable and you have to make up to 5 attempts to load a page. I did not raise nor the 3 megs sometimes less than 2. I have screenshots to test it, and hours talking to their technicians and customer service staff. They make you sign an onerous contract for an unusable service at the level that is being paid, extremely unstable and want you to pay a fine for terminating the contract. I recommend collective legal actions of the civil order to recover the procedural costs and obtain a compensation.
