We did a job for them back in July. As of 11/14/17, no payment and cannot get a hold of anyone or no return emails. Strange, but all voice mailboxes won't let you leave a message. Don't waste your time with them.
Jennifer Shipley contacted our dispatch team on the morning of January 16, 2017 with a request for help at a Village Inn Restaurant in Portland, Oregon. We scheduled the work for that afternoon & arrived on site just after 1:00 in the afternon. Our tech tested & found a bad network cable that was causing their issues. The cable was reterminated & then all of the issues were resolved. We sent a copy of the signed work order to Jennifer the morning of the 18th per the instructions on the ticket. We've been trying to collect from them ever since.
After not responding to any of our 11 phone calls & emails regarding collecting for the work Jennifer contacted us in late May requesting a copy of our COI as they were being audited & needed to prove to their auditors that we were insured. We refused to supply it pending payment for the work. Our insurance provider charges $30 for each COI & we were hardly going to pay more money for work we had never been paid for.
Do not do any work for these people. They won't pay & are scam artists.
We've been paid now & are satisfied that this company is upstanding
Wendy Reynolds reached out to us on behalf of the company owner who is trying to get things caught up & made right after what sounds like a lot more family medical trauma than anyone should have to deal with. We certainly understand what it can be like to run a business in times of trouble and it sounds like the wrong people were in place and things really fell apart. However it is nice to know & certainly appreciated that steps are being taken to get sub-contractors like us paid & not just written off. Seems like a very honorable approach to me & I appreciate that! Thank you Wendy for helping get this straightened out.
