I rented a cabin from Cabins of Gatlinburg for Thanksgiving. Upon arrival we realized the cabin was not as pictured. The master bed was held up by cinder blocks, some of the blinds wouldnt open, the bench cushion on the deck was shredded, the tvs wouldnt work, the arcade and juke box wouldnt work, there was garbage under the 2nd bed, and bugs and dust everywhere. There was a hot tub (which was not listed and we didnt anticipate using) on the deck holding nasty water and without a cover, this created a hazardous situation. We immediatly called Cabins of Gatlinburg to discuss relocating to another cabin or a refund. We were told that there would be no refund, and we could fight it, but wouldnt win. There was never an apology for the condition of the house or offer of another rental home. They also hung the phone up. We made almost 40 calls in the next hour or so, with no anwer or return call. We sought assistance at the Gatlinburg Chamber of Commerce, and their calls went unanswered, and unreturned as well. Apparently this is business as usual for Cabins of Gatlinburg. We were fortunate enough to find a very nice cabin - with another company, and for about the same price. I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional! Dont rent from them, dont ruin your vacation! They are incompetent, unprofessional, and obviously desperate for money. Scammers are everywhere!

We rented a cabin from Cabins of Gatlinburg - our first time renting from them. Because the cabins looked so nice on the website. Which was a complete lie!! When we entered the cabin there was dust everywhere and all of the rugs were dirty!!

They only had a half roll of toliet paper in the bathroom!! I had to clean that nasty place - otherwise I couldn't stay there!!

it looked nothing like the pictures on the website! We stayed there Wednesday - Saturday. Even though stay was until

Monday. I couldn't take it any longer! Upon checking my husband's account, they had taken $309 !!! Claiming damages to the TV - made on Friday!! First of all there was no damage to that nasty place!! The TV was barely working !! And we were in

the cabin on the day that they claim were damages!! So that shows that they stole our money!!!! We have stayed in Gatlinburg for over 10 years and this has never happened to us! This place should be closed down!! They don't answer the phone when you call - the one time that they do, customer service is Horrible!!! They talk to you as if you're nothing!

Blaming you for them stealing your money! I want to sue them! This is sooo wrong!!! It gives Gatlinburg a bad name!!

The cabin was extremely dirty and when I tried contacting them there was no response and the mail box was full. I was sent an email stating I was charged way to much. They are very rude and unprofessional! The pictures were misleading and they are a fraud! I need a refund of the falsifying damages they claimed that happened!

My family and I was charged for damages that didn't happen and when I tried to contact them there was no response. They basically stole money out of my account.
