I’m sure the cabinets for the Dream Home are the same color and have no dents, scratches or marred paint.
My dream for new bathroom vanities came to an end after 8 months of waiting for the quality product.
When I ordered I expected to receive cabinets like the pictures on their website and the showroom.
Since they couldn’t accommodate my order in a reasonable amount of time I had to cancel.
The terms and conditions contact says I’m to be charged 25% restocking fee plus lose my shipping fee of $249. By the way, the cabinets shipped to me were damaged cabinets.
Read the contact carefully, I'm sure, it works fine if you don’t run into any issues.
So, My advice to you if you are considering Cabinets to Go, BEWARE.
Not only do they have horrible customer service, they are charging me a high price for their negligence.
Purchased 5 cabinets for bathroom renovation. Received as agreed within two weeks after purchase. Opened boxes up and found significant damages to every cabinet. Damaged included deeps cuts in the wood, warp panels, oversized cabinet parts, unfinished parts. Contacted Cabinet to Go for replacments. It has been over a month and still no parts. Was contacted by CTG today stating cabinets are on back order and will not arrive until Novemeber.
When requested a refund was told that all money will be given except 25% for restocking of damaged cabinets. Despite the website stating 100% satisfaction or your money back, CTG is refusing to refund 100% of my money. I am stuck with $3000 worth of broken cabinets and no recourse to escalate through CTG.
