Cabinetmania.com Website shows cabinet I ordered in stock, promises shipping in 2-4 weeks. Its been over four months with no shipment. Hard to contact, often don't answer phone or respond to email promptly. Should have followed my instict to avoid them since they only accept e-check as payment, once they have it, it is hard to get back.
Website does not give any address for their operation. BBB search indicated some complaints for business of this name in IN and FL. Some complaints of late delivery but ultimately delivered. Website may not even been associated with these businesses. WHOIS search shows proxy registration so you can get no real contact info.
Website operators could be anywhere (e.g: outside of country). I would love them to prove me wrong and actually deliver or issue a refund, but it does not look promising.
I paid for my cabinets in February 2018 -- I paid for the 10 day expedited shipping. About 15 or more days later I received half a cabinet order, I emailed the company and they assured me the others were on the way. A week later no cabinets arrived, upon opening the cabinets that were delivered about half were completely unusable.
There were a few boxes clearly marked RETURNED -- one had someone elses receipt in it from the return. It was a mess, company offered no help until I started emailing them mulitple times a day to maybe get a response. Then they said they would file a freight claim (seems fraudy to me... since they were shipping returned boxes) and they were still short over half my order..... Then finally they said they would issue me a full refund on April 2, 2018.

I did turn them into the BBB -- but what a waste of time because they already have a no rating, I also contacted the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection they have been great help but the owner just keeps telling them the check is in the mail. This is over $2,000 and I've had to obviously purchase a whole new kitchen and bathroom vanities to replace the ones I never received AND ALREADY PURCHASED...
Whatever you do don't purchase cabinets from these thieves! They stole my money and I don't have anything but broken cabinets to show for it and according to Frank LaMark the owner I should just be okay with that I guess because he's done NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT! If I stole over $2,000 from someone I'd be in jail so why is it okay for a business to do this to a consumer?
On October 13, 2018, I placed an order and paid using a bank account (the company printed up a check with my account information on it and cashed/deposited that). Their website (and order confirmation email) said it would ship in 2-4 weeks.
On November 10th (4 weeks after placing the order), I emailed asking if the order has shipped.
On November 12th, I received a response saying it would ship the week of November 26th.
On November 29th, I emailed asking if the order has shipped. The same day I received a response saying it would ship "this week".
On December 4th, I emailed asking if the order has shipped.
On December 6th, I emailed asking if the order has shipped, and requesting a refund if it had not.
On December 10th, I emailed asking for a refund. I received a response the same day saying they would send a check.
On January 14th, 20019, I emailed asking if they had sent the check yet. I have not received a response.

Well, after not receiving the product by July 31, 2018 and having been provided with a fake FedEx shipping number, I cancelled the order and when I inquired about the status of a refund, was promptly emailed and pointed me to the policy that refunds issue within 30 days. Okay . . . so we wait. On August 30, 2018, I did not receive my refund and I contacted them by email because no one answers phone calls - even if you leave a message. It didn't used to be this way. I have emailed several times in between July 31, 2018 and October 11, 2018. Do you know why? Because they have not given me my refund even though I have been told twice that the check would be mailed out "this week." Well, the check has not been mailed out and they are holding on to $1,544.00 of my money after having not delivered product that they charged for. No one should be charging anyone's account until they have shipped the product. That is the industry standard.
I waited patiently for cabinets. I waited patiently for a refund, but it seems the only thing Cabinetmania was quick to do was to take my funds. There is no hurry to fill orders and no hurry to return unearned funds. Since I am unable to get my money pursuant to the policies that they are quick to send you links for and that they fail to abide by, I will be contacting the Attorney General's Office and the FBI Internet Fraud unit.

10. March 16th, the 'refund' check came in. A few days later our bank informed us the check was NOT GOOD and it was marked as NSF
11. March 16th, informed Cabinet Mania LLC the check was NOT good, they said they had a customer bouce 2 large checks on them and they would get us a cashiers check delivered to us via Fedex and we would receive it by the coming Tuesday. Which would have been 3/21/18 . It never came and Fedex says that is not a good tracking number that Cabinet Mania gave us.
12. 3/23/18 Cabinet mania contacted me when I told them the tracking # was not showing on Fedex, they said that is because Fedex has not picked it up yet (so this is now Fedex's error?)
I have all the email conversation and I have photos of what happened to us including photos of the NSF check I received from them, which is even a postal crime to send deliberatly, funds that you know are not there. What do we do now? We have given them our money and they are playing games with us, hoping we give up. I want my money back and I am going to get an attorney. Be careful what company you use online, and even if they show a legitimate looking website, keep looking at reviews and complaints.

I contacted them via email many times asking if they were going to send my cabinet.They told me 2-4 weeks.After six weeks and no cabinet, I wrote again asking where it was.They wrote back and said their credit card machine was not working and I was to send them a check over email by giving my routing number and account number which I did.They cashed the check but still did not send the cabinet. I stopped hearing from them since I canceled the cabinet and wanted my money back. They are still not answering the phones and now are not answering emails. I ordered kitchen cabinets from this company on april 9th 2017. Their website says 2-4 weeks lead time. However I used a supposed promo code to try and save money. Since I used this code it would be 8 weeks. Anyhow after 11 weeks of never once being able to talk to anybody or getting a straight answer on a timeframe for delivery I cancelled the order. I also reported them to the BBB, although they are not accredited with them. I was finally informed that a refund would be issued. This was on June 26th. No refund has been sent! They will not respond to any emails anymore. I have never talked with a live person during any of this. I believe this company is a scam! This company also cons you into using an echeck instead of using a credit card. Don't fall for it like I did!
