SCAM- LY THAO KY together with her lover DAVID VU and their Filipino counterpart, another fake Sultana of Mindanao- BHAE IZASHY AMOR MASTURA whose real name is BAINOT MAMASASULOG, domestic helper in Saudi Arabia have been illegaly selling Royal Titles of Minadanao to Vietnamese citizens. According to testimonies of the victims of she is asking per royal title from US$2000 to US$20,000. These people have no authority to sell royal titles according to the Sultanate of Maguindanao and the Supreme Sultan of Magindanao.
SCAM- LY THAO KY had sold certificates using the seal of the founder of WCH from US$100 and above.
FRAUD- LY THAO KY presents herself as a Princess of the Philippines along with many other Vietnamese that she brought to Manila. It is very obvious, she is not a Filipino, how can she be a Princess of the Philippines. She thinks everybody is a fool and stupid!
Apparently, Ly Thao Ky or BUI THI PHUOC THAO had been questioned by the Vietnamese authorities and for several times and her events were raided by the Police.
Ly Thao Ky owed a number of Vietnamese people a lot of money amounting to hundred thaousands of dollars. The reason she is not captured is she has a habit of moving from one city to another. She uses many aliases and using APHCA company and events as front to solicit more money.
Ly Thao Ky, her lover David Vu and Bhae Amor Mastura kept on recruiting people promising them royal tittles of the Philippines. Infact they are planning an event in the Philippines this coming March 2023.
