I purchased software named "ExportPST" from this company and spent hours attempting to do a simple email migration. The software kept locking up, and did not perform as advertised. I contacted customer support for a refund, and was bombarded by defensive, unprofessional, childish emails. The software cost was $60, and they refused to refund the money unless I apologized for wasting their time. I have included the correspondence below for everyone to view. I want to ensure nobody makes the same mistake as I in choosing this extremely unprofessional business with poorly written software.

I realize your policy states that there are no refunds, but am kindly asking you to reconsider. After spending hours yesterday with your extremely buggy software incapable of doing a simple PST to IMAP migration, I ended up using Outlook instead. The software would say the connection was successful, then it kept losing the connection, with no helpful information in the logs. I feel your website was inaccurate in describing what this software actually does (cause frustration). All I was (attempting) to do is move a PST file which I scanned to ensure had no errors, to an Outlook.com account via Imap. Please kindly consider refunding this amount so I don't have to write any ugly reviews. Your trial is so limited there is no way to do a real test, considering it is limited to 10 emails.
