Has anyone else been a victim of mortgage fraud by byline bank of chicago? Formerly ridgestone bank on Wisconsin. Found out these guys commit wanton felony notary fraud on a daily basis. And on SBA LOANS! These guys need to be stopped. We are putting a class action together against these guys as they seem incapable of even admitting fault. Here's my particular circumstances: Got a business loan for a corporation about 2 years ago. Everything going fine until one day I go to my personal bank to get a home equity line of credit. They tell me that there is a 2 mm dollar mortgage on my 250k house. So I can't. Of course I'm like wtf so I get a copy of the mortgage and there in front if me is a mortgage document with someone else's forgery of my name along with notary stamps. To make matters worse, I never even saw a notary or saw any of the loan documents. Now that they have been notified of this fraud the response that I got was "we are satisfied with the enforceability of the mortgages and the loan." Ive even hired expert forensic document examiners and included their findings to my credit with my complaint. Along with evidence of their own doctored up loan documentation. 21 instance thus far of notary fraud, Slandering my titles etc etc. I guarantee if the loan ever went into default they would be trying to make a claim to the sba to get refunded. Ive given them over 2 months to respond to my complaint and its crickets.... If anyone has any information concerning this type of s**t let me know as I'm putting together a class action and I've already found a few other parties who have experienced the same.
