This company makes promise after promise. They were suppose to pick up my car the day before I flew out to Seattle. They totally screwed up my plans. My expenses doubled due to their false promises.
Never trust these people. If I knew they had 65 complaints with the BBB I would have never given them the time of day. Due your homework. There are much better companies out there.

Had agreement with BWT GroupLLC/Transportation Company MoveWheels to ship vehicle from Kinfisher OK to Oswego NY on or about June 9, 2017. Signed comtact online, sent $169.00 deposit thru paypal to .sales@movewheels on June 2nd. received email stating vehicle would be picked up 6-9, and delivered with 3 days. Subsequently received call stating deposit no received, please give credit card info for deposit. I refused, was then notified no shipper (trucker) was available at qouted price, buit had one for $1075. I said no- qouted $675> no offers since then at original price- only at 1075. I would have not purchased this vehicle at the shipping quote of 1075 as it is to much total for this car. Now I';m stuck paying to much total for the vehicle , due to Move Wheels shipping scam.
This company has many different ph.# listings, I could never get thru directly to anyone- only voicemail, and everyone I spoke with had a heavy foreign accent. I had contact with Nikki Young thru email. I think this company is a scam and needs to be reported and stopped
When you have to start the whole process of lining up a truck because the broker sends out an independent carrier that smells of alcohol.... it delays the whole vehicle transport.
BWT Group (Glencove, FL near Jacksonville) also using the name MoveWheels.com and also using the name GetCarrier LLC (out of Delaware), assigned a carrier to pickup my vehicle. The carrier was Bell Transport LLC out of Miami, FL. They are F Rated.
Never use the lazy Miami truck drivers. When anything happens they block your phone number or say "no speaky English" and hang up on you.

The total price is 1700$, we will charge 300$ of partial deposit to cover all fees, taxes, and insurance only when your car will be on a truck going to the delivery destination. The rest of 1400 you will pay to the driver in cash or certified funds.
