Found one of his house for the price of $135,000 gave him $5,000 for downpayment said he would work with us so we paid an extra $445 a month towards our $27,000 downpayment to put in our name. So paid $2,000 a month for 4yrs. When close to the down payment he told us his wifes sister that lives in india owned the house and was getting a divorce so needed to liquidate everything so wantes money for all the house or we couls move into another house that he actually owns....okay...?? So looked at house none of them worked. Tried to work something out but now he wants $210,000 for house now. We said no that we were not wantingg to buy anymore so we said we want our downpayment back and he said no. I had got attorney went to court twice over house.
The first time i won 2nd time 3 months later we lost because we were no longer paying and it was over who had possesion of the house. In court he tried to come to an agreement to keep us in the house because he liked us and we were good people always paid. And this time he would actually put the house in our name after we give him $9,500 to down payment acting like everything we paid for 4 yrs was no good??? And wasnt paid??? He said he would sell fpr $190,000 that was with discout since we paid him so much. We said we would talk to attorney and get back and we decided not to. Now we had to move and be thrown out and stay in a hotel and had to go buy a camper .we have been in so much stress. As of now we are leaving for vacation for 2 weeks when we return we will get back with out attorney to sue him for fraud and deceptive trade act.

Before I share my opinion and story of these people, I would like to share that I'm the one that dealt with them and went to court to evict them, and they were rightfully evicted from the property for non payment of rent by county judge, who examined everything, before he ordered these scumbags out. First Notice how these losers don't leave their names? They are Shelbie Jenkins, a broke ars hooker and stripper, and Jeremy Beal, her pimp, who has never worked a day in his life, because he even sells he personal services from home too. Just imagine what kind of scum will watch tv and drink beer, while some guy is getting personal services in a room, next door from your girlfriend. Anyway, one of the investors had just purchased the property from foreclosure, and we went over to change locks. This couple showed up and told me a story about how they were getting kicked out from where they live, and needed a place bad. Jeremy told me he is a home remodeled so he will fix it all up at his cost. I figured strippers probably make enough to pay rent, and worst case scenario, if they don't I'll get the house in better condition. All they had was $500 to their name, and they needed to move in that day as they were getting kicked out. I felt for shelbie, I thought she was this little innocent thing, being prayed on by her pimp, so I let them move in under a written LEASE, and they over period of time few bucks at a time, paid rest of the deposit, and rent. Then couple of years went by, and I had to evict them, why, because shelbie would give Jeremy money to pay for rent, and he would spend it on drugs, and hand me rest, so rent was short, so I finally got sick of that, got court to evict them for non payment. Shelbie begged that no one will rent her with her profile and credit, so I let her make up missing rent and court cost in payments, and let them stay when I could have just kicked them out. Then rent stopped again, and that is when I evicted them in 2018. So when they knew they were getting kicked out, they called an attorney, and if you know attorneys they get paid to lie like hell, he knew that he couldn't lie in front of a judge, so I assume they got this story put together that they were buying the house and all the rest of crap. It was all designed to delay their move out and buy time, and to confuse the court, because JP courts only deal with evictions, but if someone says I have title to house, it slows down the process, and you have to go to higher court, because lower court judge can't decide certain matters. This is why when the case was moved to county court, Jeremy the idiot, thought he won, no he didn't, his lie worked to delay it by few days. Then came court day, they showed up, judge asked them do you have anything at all that says you purchased a house, any proof of what you say you paid, they had no answer because it was all just a story to buy time. So the judge just laughed at them and kicked these liars out of the house. So all you read is a fabricated story, and you can choose to believe a judge who gets probably 10 of these every week for last 30 years or a hooker - you choose.
Also I can give you address of the property, go talk to neighbor who would tell you how these dipshits, buried drugs in backyard, and how they will come dig it out all hours of night if a customer showed up. All the stories he has on them just will crack you up. They left so much trash there, it took 5 trailers to get it out, why because they didn't pay last 3 months of water bills before they moved, so they just lived with all that trash in house. There was do shit everywhere in the house, next to beds, yuk. we found at lease 3000 beer bottles in backyard. Not only that, when they moved in, have didn't have money to get water service, so I got it with my and Shelbie's name on it, next thing i know, I got $800 bill from city of fort worth, one week after she moved in, WHY? because they had not pay for water bill for 5 months at previous place where they were getting kicked out of.
