Made an order with this site 7 days ago, no delivery of what they advertise on their end. Everytime I try to chat with them on their "24/7 customer support team", I'm ALWAYS greeted by someone with the name "Bill Carlos" and they always repeat "Your order is being processed" after asking questions relating to my order. It's obviously a bot and the website is a scam.
