I recently did some business with Samual Pires and his wholesale businesses Buylotz and was scammed out of nearly 25k dollars. I know that some will read this and think that I just don’t know what I am doing, or that I don’t understand the condition codes. They will ignore this warning and they will get scammed. I have been buying truckloads of overstocks for most of my adult life. I can assure whoever is reading this that I know and understand the overstock salvage business and Buylotz is without a doubt running a scam.

Buylotz is knowingly misrepresenting the quality of the items they are selling. Here’s their scam. Mr. Pires is listing on his website truckloads of items from other wholesale businesses. Basically acting as a middleman. There is nothing wrong with that, but here is where the Buylotz scam comes in. While the original wholesale business will have the truckload advertised as damaged returns, Buylotz will advertise that same truckload as new shelf pulls while raising the price significantly to ensure a healthily profit for Mr. Pires.

This is a copy and past directly from the Buylotz webside. These loads are "SHELF PULLS" which means they are mostly BRAND NEW merchandise!!! I can assure you without any doubt that is not what you are going to get from this company.

After I received my truckload of damaged returns that where advertised as I shelf pulls I confronted Mr. Piers. He justified his fraud and false advertising by telling me it was just part of the business and that God would see me through this. Yeap, he scammed the hell out of me and told me that it is just something that happens and God would fix it for me.

So if anyone researching Buylotz prior to doing business with them finds this and still wants to do business with this place remember this. He is just a middleman. Look around a bit and you will find what ever he is selling offered by another company for significantly less with the correct condition advertised on the lot.

I got took too

I found one counterfeit jersey in the box and a butt load of items that were obviously Asian items with no tags at all, not even sizes. I won't be back.

They sold us all broken and returned junk. This company has not given us any credit and has stated that the merchandise was indeed misrepresented. The Sales Manager has admitted to selling us a bad truck but Buy Lotz and its owner Samuel Pires has yet to make good on their promise of a credit or return of my money. This company has a history of doing this and are just plain outright out to take advantage of people and scam local businesses. Please Stay away from Samuel Pires and his father Rey. They will use God to sell you a bunch of dreams but when you recieve the merchandise it is badly misrepresented.

Samuel Pires and Rey who own Buy Lotz sold my company a truckload of what was supposed to be "shelf pulls" and new merchandise. When we received the truck it was all broken merchandise and returns. THere were alot of grooming and food appliances that had been used on this load. When confronted we were told by Rey that we would receive some type of credit and or reimbursement. 4 months later we have not received a dime from Buy Lotz and all the owner Samuel Pires wants to do is ignore my situation. They are outright theives and need to be stopped. They purchased a load from me and we in fact held the load until we could get a proper credit for the merchandise they sold to us and the money they stole. They have yet to do so. THis company is bad and they are only out to steal and misrepresent their merchandise. They stole $12,000 from us and now do not want to return it.

They had the nerve to file a complaint against us when they are the ones who stole my money. This company deserves to be shamed and out of business.

Scam

We too got scammed from Buylotz... We just got our truck and everything was damaged, used or completely broken. I could not in good faith sell the products knowing the condition they are in... We plan on calling the company and taking legal action if needed... Would never ever buy from them again!!! We were totally taken advantage of. They put us out of business!!!! Buyer beware!!!
