Ordered a costume for my 2 year old son on 10/19 and paid for "Guaranteed" shipping to receive the costume on 10/22 since I needed it on the 24th and 25th. When the item was not received on the 22nd I called and was assured I would have it on the 24th. Needless to say I had to scramble to purchase a different costume for the 24th and 25th. Tuesday the 27th it still has not been received nor have I received a shipping confirmation. I call again and am once again assured I will receive it now on the 28th. The 28th comes and I receive an email confirming that the order has been cancelled due to inventory issues! I call to find out what is going on. I am told that it was cancelled in error and her supervisor will make sure I receive it today the 29th. No shipping confirmation received I call again...this time talking to a "supervisor". Order cannot be fulfilled due to lack of inventory. Now it is too late to purchase the item anywhere else without paying over $30 to get it by halloween. Single hadedly the worst company I have ever dealt with!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I placed an order on 10/18, and paid for guaranteed delivery on 10/23. I Received an email on 10/23 with tracking info to UPS. Per my confirmation, and attached tracking number, my order would be delivered on 10/26. I attempted to call the customer service number, and was on hold over 10 minutes, then was given an option to receive a callback, but maintain my place in line. After choosing the option to have someone call me back, I was disconnected. I did this routine 2 more times, for a total of roughly 25 minutes, never did receive a call.

I then noticed a live chat option, only to be on cyber-hold another 10 minutes. "Ray" told me exactly what my email confirmaction already stated, and that my order left their warehouse on 10/22. So I clarified that it wasn't what I paid for. He suggested I contact UPS, and request the delivery. [continued below]....
