Buyer Beware!!! I purchased QNIX UHD3216R REAL 4K 32" LED 3840X2160 monitor. I received a defective product. ,

I purchased QNIX UHD3216R REAL 4K 32" LED 3840X2160 monitor. I received a defective product. ,

I received a defective product, I sent them an explanation of my issues as well as a video. I received the following response

We have issued a return label for your flickering monitor and attached it to this email. We kindly ask you to return your monitor in its original packaging with all original accessories (parts) and manual, if any parts are found to be missing upon arrival at our warehouse, we may charge 15% manufacturer's missing parts fee if any parts are missing, so please double check before sending your monitor. Once we receive your monitor, we will send you a replacement and inform you of the shipping details so that you can track it. We thank you again for your continued patience and assistance.

I then asked 2 questions, if i would get a full refund or if i wanted a replacement would i receive a new one or a refurbished one, they responded

Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you.

1. Yes, once we receive your monitor at our warehouse, we will issue a 100% refund if you so desire.

2. If you choose to get a replacement, We will send you a new monitor, NOT a refurbished one.

Thank you for your patience and assistance. Please, use the return label we provided for your to return your monitor and let us know if you desire a full refund or a replacement.

After they received the monitor they e-mailed me this:

We have attached a video of your monitor working perfecting fine as we promised through ebay messaging to this email. Our return inspection team tested the monitor for the issues you presented and no flickering or random turning off was discovered. The monitor worked perfectly fine. We also sent a video of the test to your email for your reference. We will issue a refund with a 15% restocking fee. We thank you for your patience and assistance.

1. The video they sent me showed them using the wrong input as I was having issues with the DVI, they used the HDMI.

2. They tried to charge me a 15% Fee, after I confirmed with them that as long as I sent back all the parts there would be no issues

IN ALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY
