I told her I wanted my money back because I never lived in the home and she refused to give me my refund. I am aware that I can back out of my lease as ling as I gave notice as long as it wasnt after 3weeks from when I sign the lease. I never received a copy of the lease and me and my 2kids where left without a home because of her misleading me. SHe also never told me a 2year old boy died in that house 4years ago because the ceiling fell on him 12HRS after the parents of the child had moved in.
In November 21st I made the biggest mistake of my life and signed a lease with Chelly from Buy My Dream Home, in behalf of the landlord Dana Schultz that I've never met for 3007 Latimer in Ashtabula, Ohio 44004. I never received a copy of the lease and was misleaded. She told me it would pass inspection and it would be ready by the 1st of December so I had to get all my bills transfer to there and it wasn't nor did it pass inspection on the 4th. She also didn't tell me that a 2year old child died from a skull fracture from the ceiling at 3007latimer fell on him in 2004 twelve hours after the parents of the child had moved in. When I asked her about it she said it was their fault and was very rude and cold about the incident. No parent should ever have to experience loosing a child like that. She refused to give me a refund known the fact that I never lived in the home do to unsafe reasons and her misleading me. I didnt hear from her untill she returned back from her vacation on the 18th when she text me and said she wasnt refunding me and she could pursue the full amount. She is evil and I just have to remind my self that people cannot be trusted and arent as loyalbas me and I will never choose Buy My Dream Home.
