I just reported the IP address 157.55.235.162, which is associated with the mysterious farmhouse at Potwin KS to the AntiHackers Alliance as well as to [email protected] and to RIPE for hacking. This physical address has been pinpointed and has a history of scams associated with it. I dont know who lives there, but there is some guy on the internet who claimed back in 2011 that he was also hacked by this address. Joyce Taylor is the owner. All I know is that this IP address is constantly on my network (single-user -- me) and it goes to no working URL. It seems impossible to find out who or what is behind it. There have been other reports of scams and cons associated with the address. I have had problems with my gmail accounts and laptops being hacked into for YEARS now and am FED UP. One constant in all of it has been a persistent presence of some "Wichita KS " area IP address on my network. I have finally traced it to this. Hope someone can get to the bottom of it.
