Butcher's Cut is totally a Ripoff company. I paid over $600 for their meat and seafood, that they claim, was Costco quality. The fish tastes like they took it from a small fish tank that was never cleaned. I unfortuneately served it to guests for a dinner party, I barely got it in my mouth before I spit it out. I told everyone not to eat the fish for fear of getting sick. I was so embarassed. Then again we had guests over for dinner but this time I thought I would serve them the suppposed delicious NewYork steaks. When I thawed the steaks, there was a lot of water in the bag, and the steaks looked very opague in color. When we ate them, they were tasteless and tough and not edible, especially for company.
They have a 100% guarantee on all their products for tenderness and taste for 12 months AND will promptly exchange all products. This was August 2016, that I bought the food and then shortly after called them to complain. I keep getting told that the manager will call me and I will have all replaced. Well it is now November 2016 and he's has never called. I have called the sales guy several times and he always promises that he will get the manager to call. Never has. I have called the main office and left messages and he still has never called me back. Now when I call, they won't answer, and let it go to voicemail. I am so frustrated. My next alternative is I will go to their office and throw all their product in their laps - maybe that will get their attention.
The ONLY thing worse than there meat is there customer service. The sales guy still can't believe I am so dissatisfied with their product. Trust me, there meat and fish are AWEFUL.
