I am so very disappointed in the service at Butch Oustalet of Pascagoula. I purchased my car from them in April and left the country, then was out of state for the majority of the summer. There was a punch list of "IOU" items once I signed the paperwork for the purchase and when my husband brings the vehicle in for the owed repair work, he was treated rude, they told him that they were doing a "favor" by doing these things because it has passed the 30 days (a time limit which was unknown to me), and refused to repair certain items which I had previously discussed with the salesperson on the phone just two days ago.
During the purchase process, the salesperson, Kerry, told me that the vehicle had wifi and other bells and whistles. It wasn't until after I signed the paperwork when the very nice gentleman in the finance department informed me that he was wrong. That was a huge selling point for me, and he promised to make it up to me since he was wrong about the specs of the vehicle- He had a chance today, and did not.
It's wonderful to treat a potential customer well when she is purchasing a vehicle, but to not take care of them when they need the services promised is enough reason for me to never buy another vehicle from here and to be sure and let everyone I know about the terrible service once that salesperson makes his commission.
I have Facebook messaged them, attempted to call them, and was told "someone would get back with me." I just want what the man promised me as I was leaving the lot after he had misled me with false bells and whistles either to make the sale or because he was not knowledgable enough about the particular vehicle.
