I purchased 12 cookies for my daughters birthday party for $63. The cookies did not look like what was advertised and they were inedible. I sent her pictures of the cookies and she told me to throw them out and she would issue me a refund. She never issued a refund despite several email conversations that she would. I attempted today to inquire about the refund for the 5th time and was unable to email her because she had blocked me. She deletes any posts by unsatisfied consumers so that her ratings are high.
