We avoided this report, however this incident was so unreal, I am compelled to SHARE this with the public so that you are WARNED.
We had done business with this place before and thought we trusted them until 4/27/2018. We brought out vechicle into to Marco for a leaking coolant system. After the our vechicle was looked at we were told that it was the water pump and the fee would be $900- we gladly paid it as we THOUGHT we trusted Marco.
The work would take 8hrs and we left the vechicle overnight. Got the vechicle back and it had a LOUD whinning noise- now mind you this is a Red-Line Turbo ( pretty sweet sportscar) of which is has it's own roar. The vechicle sounded like a truck. We called Maro and took the vechicle back. He kept it all day then lied and told us that the water pump was cracked ( now cracked means leaking- nothig was leaking)
I will also say THIS: while they had the vechicle the first time, we got a call from
-Maco telling us that the vechicle needed an oil change.
we has one done not even a month ago S0 AT THAT point the Trust Factor started to be a concern.
- Marco then called and told us to replace the temper gauge (?) We asked was it not working? "It is fine but we have taken the car apart, you may need to replace it, it will be cheaper this way"
So, they had our vechicle for for 2 full days- now mind you Marco has been paid on the 4/27 and when we returned the 2nd time to just wanted our vechicle so that we can take it somewhere else. HE REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR CAR. We had to call the police that told hime "Sir, what you are not goig to do is keep their car as they owe you now money and it is their property" BUT we had to call the police to get the vechicle back.
Finally, we took our car to the GM dealership and was told that the wrong coolant was put in the vechicel and had to be flused out, we were told the that noise we heard came from the water pump and they susspected that it was installed incorrectly. Because they took our vechicel apart, and had from the looks of it the experience in servicing our vechicle, found out that a bearing on the power steerling pump was not secured and that caused a domino effect, of which cost us $1400 to correct.
This was a nightmare, Marco his wife and staff were totally disrepectful, would not resolve our matter properly when we trusted them because of their reveiws. There are others we meet that will be putting up their concerns as well.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MAN, HAS NO INTERITY and will not take ownership to what he does to your vechicle. I felt compelled to write this AFTER going back and forth for weeks to resolve it....HE REFUSED to own the damages HE CAUSE trying to make money BUT not skilled in these vechicles.
We have decided to sue this place after all of the back and forth, we have found this place unsafe for our vechicle and a true place to trust for auto repairs as women not to get ripped off.
At The End of The day THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT, we trusted them and got HAD, Never again!!!
