Bad experience!
Honestly I don't know where to start. I had a very frustrating experience with this non-responsive company that seems to do nothing but be intent on ruining time and wasting money. There staff isn't cooperative and they aren't professional at all. They just wasted my time nothing else!
High pressure and rude representative
Repeated emails and documents kept being sent after only inquiring about a loan rate, with really rude replies when I asked to be unsubscribed from their list. Will never, ever use for a loan.
False claims and promises
Some representatives at Business Tradelines make false promises and commit unrealistically. Their process is simple but they lose the clients by not satisfying the impractical commitments they have set with the clients.
False advertising
I had a very frustrating experience with this non-responsive company that seems to do nothing but be intent on ruining time and wasting money. First they try to scare you that someone could damage your credit card information as well so you trust them and ask for their services. They dodge you and steal your identity against you and make a complaint. In addition to that they do false advertising of their services too which is all FAKE!!!
Poor Service delivery
I was looking for some huge loans without any security deposit and I consulted Business Tradelines. I was so disappointed by their poor quality service. The staff is not very guiding and hardly are they interested in entertaining a client.
Signed up with this "service" in Janauary' 18. Told them to stuff it in July '18. Billed $59 for the alleged premier service. Did get a couple of items removed from Trans Union. But this agency is the red haired step child of credit reporting agencies which few people use. Lex Law has some sort of affiliation with them. Nothing removed from Equifax or Experian.
What finally pissed me off the most was the complete incompetence of these morons. They will tell you that they are sending out good will letters to companies to basically beg for forgiveness regarding your past transgressions with that company. Ok, it's worth a try. Had one 30 day late on a car payment about 5 years ago. They sent the letter to the wrong address and I received "return to sender" at my home. I sent them the correct address three additional times for a total of four attempts and they still were too stupid and or lazy to get the address right.
Enough. Called & emailed to cancel. Surprise, surprise billing showed up on my credit card for next months "service".
Don't bother with this company. They are liars ,theives and worst of all incompetent idiot losers.
