You called me on Monday to schedule an appointment with Jason for yesterday at 2:30p.m. Not only did I not receive a call from Jason, but I did not receive any word from you that Jason would not be available, via call or email.
I do not care to talk to Jason or anyone else. This simply confirms that BP is NOT the company I had been convinced it was. A company that cannot be relied on! BP has not performed the services as spelled out in the contract dated April 29, 2014, nearly 1 year ago! BP gladly and swiftly accepted $9,588 from my company and yet has done nothing.
BP has not:
Designed & set up our website. On February 16, 2015 I received an email saying “Your new website is live and has moved to Business Promotion's Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) department.”. I clicked on the link, however, was not able to access the website. WOW! It took them a mere 9 months to create a website supposedly for Lange Plumbing, however, have never seen what it looked like. While it is true that I did not provide photos of my staff, that was the least of what needed to be created.
In addition, I was promised :
1. Fully branded social media pages for Facebook (There was only 7 posts to Facebook, 3 of them about garbage disposals, 1 about toilets, 1 about water pressure, 1 about shower heads, and 1 about people who smile more often have healthier marriages. I presume the last one should have been posted to a dental FB page…not a plumbers!...In addition I am unable to delete the photo from my FB page); Twitter, Google+, and YouTube, and profile icons for Foursquare, Google+ Local, and Yelp (nothing was done on any of these)
2. Text assistance and placement (their content sounded like it was written by a 5 year old)
3. Custom pages and navigation (isn't this part of the website design)
4. Animated banner (nope!)
5. Animated buttons (nope!)
6. Logo design (I have paid an additional $750 to have another company do this)
Obviously no Internet Marketing has taken place because I haven’t had a website to optimize.
That service would have included:
Search engine optimization and social media optimization for target keyword phrases
On-site optimization (for all pages in the website)
Custom title, meta description, meta keywords, content recommendations, image SEO, and
URL optimization
Help with submission to powerful, targeted directories for industry and area
Help complete and optimize your Google+ Local profile
24/7 access to website analytics

BPI has made numberous promises for reimbursement of the money we paid, then changed their minds and offered "additional" services. DONT trust them! They are not ethical, they have lied repeatedly to me, gone back on their word, and stolen $9,588. They are a HORRIBLE company. Don't walk....RUN away from them!
This company is a complete scam. Don’t trust your website with them at ALL!! I signed up, and they actually transferred my domain into their own name. Now they won’t give me back my 4 domains at all! I can’t believe that business promotion would hold my property hostage because I cancelled their poor service. They promised that they would create backlinks for my website, and there has not even been ONE backlink. I call and cancel and they won’t give me my website or domains back?? What kind of business does this? This is past the point of bad business, this is straight up theft!!

No new clients, no calls, no nothing. So why am I paying them? and they locked me into a year long contract by a sneaky sales person. Now I am stuck? his is not right. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and that this company has a deliberate plan to lock people into long term contracts and do nothing for them - then use SCARE TACTICS and threatening to turn me into collections.
