I signed up with this company to get an sba loan, and the promise made was that if i didnt get a loan there would be a refund. I worked with a number if different people, the one i worked with most was a "ron smith". My last correspondence with ron was not returned as well as the one before that, i would much rather complete the program, but would need someone that can respond in an appropriate amount of time. My emails to him were never returned promptly, and when they were i was asked to change things that i was previously told to change in other ways the month before.

The "review department" takes almost a month to get any correspondence. It has been almost six months since i have had any response and i have touched base multiple times with no response. I contacted the "customer service department" to see if he was incapacitated, no longer employed, or if i simply needed another agent. My response was my program had been terminated with out refund because i hadn't seng a response. Turns out that they never got my response because ron's email had changed with no alert to me, very convenient.

I asked to simply complete the program, but they said it was no longer an option because my time was up. I was never notified at any point of a time limit. After being rejected from completing the program, i inquired about a refund, and they stated i was committing extortion. That is absurd and unacceptable. Eating up someone's time so they cannot get a refund by delaying correspondence is not a good business practice. I looked up sbaeaay with just a simple google search and the first 5 results were not the sbaeasy website,

After purchasing the software from businessloaneasy I email them for help and was told that they do not assist with completing the application. This was rediculous since its their software and I did pay then to help me with the application. Well they charged my card for $498 and a week later they carged me another $498. I email them again and here is what I got back..

If you read the refund policy you will find out that there is a clear statement that says that if you threaten us in any way that we will no longer handle your work nor give you a refund. Also it states that if you have pursued a chargeback that it ends the relationship. In addition it says that if you have been rude and demanding over and over again that we reserve the right to end the relationshiop. It also states that if you are not following what we requested of you then that too is a reason for ending the relationship. Finally demanding illegal things to be done ends the relationship.

You demanded that we do the business plan for you and we have repeatedly told you that this is not possible for legal reasons. You filed a number of chargebacks which you lost because you were wrong. You have been rude and this letter is your continuing to be rude and demanding. You have not followed simple requests that were easy to do. Finally you are threatening us in this letter.

The forms are PDF forms and you did them before without a problem. In fact we did receive your business plan and other documents but you then decided to demand that we do the work for you which is illegal. Now you claim that we provided you with no support which is also a lie. You state rudely in your letter that your accountant being off on mondays is bad customer service. For your information the accountants are available from 9am to 8pm e.s.t. daily tuesday through friday and half a day on saturday. They answer all emergencies at any time on saturdays, sundays and mondays. The customer service dept is open every day from 8am to 8pm monday through friday.

You have been denied a refund by our company. You were denied the chargebacks also. We don't care what you do at this point. But you should be aware that it is a federal crime to threaten any business via the internet in relation to money or whatever else and now that you have alerted us as to your extortion plan we will use that in a court of law if we have to. At this point our business is resolved. I have ordered that no further communication be done with you and that all work cease on your account precisely because of the items listed above that you have done that are prohibited by our policy. Do not contact this company or anyone hear ever again. This is your cease and desist warning.

Let me make myself completely clear to you. First of all the Refund Dept. and Chargeback Dept has already made a final decision in your case and nothing is going to change that, and you are not going to get a refund no matter what you do. That decision was final and the company does not change final determinations under any circumstances and does not care what you do at this point. The company will not give you a refund because it has already been decided and it will not happen. Nothing will change that. You will not be refunded any money under any circumstances whatsoever and that is final. Threats, Intimidation and Blackmail tactics do not make any difference except that my office comes in and it becomes a criminal matter. At this point I am issuing you a clear Cease and Desist Order, and if such is not followed from this point onward, we will pursue criminal charges for harassment against you.

I was alerted to your message and as the security criminal investigations officer of this firm I am required to email you a response immediately. Your message you just delivered to us is a criminal act. You should be aware that it is a federal crime to threaten in any way over the phone or internet and use intimidation, harrassment, threats or any blackmail tactics to try to get money out of someone whether it is for a refund or anything else. Also it is a federal crime to harrass a company for whatever reason using the internet or email over state lines or to threaten in any way whatsoever or to do harassing actions. you have now committed a number of criminal acts to us as well as stated criminal intention for future actions. At this point since you have threatened I am going to take action the first time I hear of one thing that you do that is harrassing. This is your notice to cease and desist. You have been notified.

Whether it is a refund you are talking about or anything else it is

still a crime and the refund situation has nothing to do with your

actions. There are limits and you have passed those limits with your

email that you just sent. We can and will prosecute you for this if

it continues. I would advise you to cease and desist at this time

with your threats and with your actions. None of your threats or

stated actions will make any difference whatsoever in relation to any

decision that has already been made, except to probably land you in criminal court and a federal prison should it continue. Consider yourself warned. This is the last email you will get from my office and if I hear of anything I will pursue you for criminal charges immediately. Do not email me back. Do not contact this company ever again, in any way whatsoever, including calls, emails, letters or anything else from this point onward. Our business is done with you and there is no longer any discussion about it. Your Threats, Intimidation, Blackmail Tactics, Rudeness and Wrong Behavior is now past the point of communication any further. I do not want to hear anything else in relation to you or your situation.

On august 26, 2016, i requested a refund for an "accountant" and software package fee that i was unable to use. I followed the instructions from my representative, tammy nelson Sba loan consultant, businessloaneasy, business development specialists group) and received this email back from customer service:

"thank you for emailing customer support at businessloaneasy. Your message is very important to us and we will respond as soon as possible during regular business hours 9 am to 5 pm est monday through friday excluding holidays. Please note that although in some cases emails are responded to immediately or soon after, in other cases it can sometimes be the next business day before you will receive a reponse. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours please resend the email.

As we are able to answer emails much faster than phone calls, we request that phone calls not be made. We have thousands of customers and have to keep phone calls to a minimum, and normally will not return phone calls except to respond by email. For that reason we request that all communications be handled through email. If you do not receive an email response within a few hours during regular business hours, then just email us again in case the email was lost in cyberspace. Keep in mind that email is much faster, and more efficient, than phone calls and we will be able to respond much more quickly. We are able to handle email very fast in most cases and that is the way you will get an answer faster to your request."

On september 1, 2016, i was charged another installment payment, instead of recieving a refund. I made several calls and emails to them between september 1st and 2nd and was told to re-send the email. As to the new charge, i was told to send a new email, as well. With every phone call made, i was constantly told that no one was available to take my call, there were no supervisors or leaders available, and they would take my information, forward it to the appropriate person, and i would recieve a call back. Later in the day of sep 2, i received this email:

While in the process of trying to get two refunds, i began to do more investating on this company and ran across article about another company Sba.com), where the names of one people affiliated looked familiar. I noticed that ron d smith is the accountant assigned to me but his name is ron david. Everything about "businessloaneasy.com" and "sba.com" are connected in one way or another. In addition to this report, i will also be filing a complaint with the bbb and reporting them to my bank as fraudulent!
