I had to return to the USA on March 14, 2022 for the unexpected death of my father. & nbsp; I purchased the round trip tickets from Business Class.com. & nbsp; I had used this company one other time without issue. & nbsp; When I arrived at LAX on April 15 for my return flight I was informed by the ticket agent at check-in counter that my ticket had been suspended but she could not tell me why. & nbsp; I contacted Business Class.com via their customer support number and emailed the travel representative (Lily) from the company who had sold me the tickets. & nbsp; After about 1 hour Lily emailed me 2 options for new flights since I was told that the suspended ticket would not be reinstated. & nbsp;

The first was to take the next Singapore Airline Flight with the same itinerary which departed 2-3 hours later. & nbsp; This options placed me in economy even though my original ticket was for business class and the company asked me to pay $504. & nbsp; The second option given was to wait 2 days to fly via United Airlines and ANA via 3 connections of which only 2 were business class. & nbsp; In addition the 3rd leg was a domestic flight which would require me to pay additional money for my checked bags and transfer from the international terminal to the domestic terminal in Jakarta. & nbsp; Business Class.com asked me to pay $1380 for this option. & nbsp; I ask them why there were requiring me to pay for a replacement ticket and was told because the flights were expensive. & nbsp;

At this point I told them I wanted to be book on the Singapore Airline Flight that left 2 hours later in business class and at no cost to me which they said they would not do because of the expense. & nbsp; After several email and phone calls I finally told Lily that I would accept the 2nd option at no additional cost to me but that I would pay for the expenses of spending 2 additional days in LA. & nbsp; She told me I would have to pay the $1380 and there were no other options available to me.

Since it had become clear that the company was not going to offer me a reasonable solution I purchased a business class ticket on the Singapore Airlines flight that left 2 hours after my original flight for $8291.40. & nbsp; After landing in Singapore after a 17 hour flight which was the 1st leg of my trip I received a message from Lily indicating they would provide option 2 & nbsp; at no charge to me. & nbsp; I informed her I was already traveling back to Indonesia.

I worked & nbsp; with business class.com for several weeks after my return home asking them to reimburse me for the ticket I had to purchased. & nbsp; They refused and offered to refund the unused ticket plus a $500 travel voucher. & nbsp; I spent 10-15 hours trying to determine why the ticket was suspended since Business Class.com said they did not know why. & nbsp;

Finally I was told by Singapore Air it was suspended because the ticket violated the terms and conditions of their points program . & nbsp; When I asked Business Class.com on 2 separate emails if they were aware they had sold me a ticket in violation of Singapore Air & #39;s terms and conditions I never received a response. & nbsp; Business Class.com never even refunded the ticket amount as promised so I had to dispute the charge on the credit card account. After working for many hours with Singapore Air I was able to determine that my ticket was suspended because of representative Business Class.com call Singapore Air to confirm my fight. & nbsp; They fraudulently identified themselves as me which caused Singapore Air to suspend the ticket because they realized the person on the phone was not me. & nbsp; I have spent hundreds of hours trying to resolve this issue and have a detailed record of all the related events.
