I purchased 2 gift cards online for Build-A-Bear. As of today (12/6), 2 weeks after the purchase, I have not received the gift cards. I sent Build-a-Bear no less than 3 email inquiries and have heard nothing from the company. Additionally, yesterday I spent 20 minutes on hold with Build-a_bear without a live person ever coming on the line. At this time, I believe my only solution is to dispute the charge on my credit card. Absolutely terrible customer service is both delivery of product (not) an total communication black out.
