I have been servicing my 2016 Evoque at Budds' Land Rover dealership ever since I moved to Oakville in 2017. The experience has been ok. So I picked Budds' collision after a minor rear-end collision, thinking they'd be good with their "certified technicians". If I had the chance to choose again, I'd pick any random gas station shop over Budds'. It was a supposedly straightforward repair that turned into an endless nightmare dealing with their amateur technical work and obnoxious customer service manager. It started with a long wait before even getting the damage assessed. Then the vehicle was first taken in for a rear bump and tailgate replacement. It took them over two weeks to "finish" the job, and it was over a month if counting in the time waiting for the parts. On their "ready to pick up" notification, I went to pick up the car for the first time on Jan 23rd. The car was handed over as "repaired and ready" with two deckled bolts missing, two loose interior pieces exposing wires, and a screw in my rear-left tire. The car was handed over with the tire pressure warning sounding and a detected pressure of 8 psi (recommended 32 psi). They patched the tire and promised to get me a new tire. But the drama didn't end there. When I got home and was backing into the garage, I realized the backup camera was all blurry, and the parking sensor was screaming with an error message on the screen saying "parking assistance offline". (Yes, I didn't throw it into reverse on their parking lot, and it was a mistake.) I had to go back to the shop, show the issue to the manager, Alfie, and drop the car off for another round of repair. Two weeks later, I was asked to go pick up the car again. They first tried to sneak in the tire into the invoice and charge me. I spotted the tire charge, and they removed it. For the parking system, instead of eating the cost of rectifying their own wacky job, Alfie added it to my insurance claim, and I had to pay a deductible for the additional parts and labor. Guess what, the drama goes on. A week later, the backup camera started to get blurry again. When I checked, there was a vapor spot forming on the INSIDE! I took a picture and flagged the issue to Budds', then brought the car in for the third time. It was apparently that moisture got in during the assembly, but they blamed it on "a part defect". Another week and a half later, I was there to pick up the car AGAIN today, and was told there is an outstanding amount for the tire!? They put the tire through my insurance and made me pay another deductible again. The manager Alfie had not apologized once or even tried to put on a nice face throughout the whole journey. Every time I went to pick up the car, she was giving me the "pay up or you don't get the car back" attitude while looking at me through her nostrils.

After I left some bad reviews, they called me and threatened to sue me for complaining to my wife in their office about their bad service???
