On Dec 21, 2017, i supposedly purchased 2 ounces of high quality marijuana from Bud4High. I paid $400, plus $9 for shipping. They said they would ship it in three days. The very next day, I receieved an email from their ripoff shipping company, NIPPON SHIPPING (also a scam and i am going to report them also!), saying I needed to pay FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR INSURANCE! Now I just maxed out my credit card, taking $450 out to pay not only for the product, but for WESTERN UNION (ANOTHER RIP OFF! NEVER USE WESTERN UNION, THERE IS NO INSURANCE! YOU ARE BETTER WITH A MONEY GRAM OR A POSTAL MONEY ORDER!)! When I offered to pay by credit card, they said no, which brought up ANOTHER red flag! So I contact them by email first ([email protected]) to explain to them I couldn't pay the insurance, and that I maxed out my credit card taking out money at a ridiculous 29 percent), but never got a response back. I sent them another email, explaining that THEY should pay the insurance, since they work so closely with Nippon Shipping, that they would probably have no problem getting their money back, or else they could EASILY find ANOTHER shipping company. I also explained that this is just GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE to do it this way, and my chances of seeing the $500 were slim to none. I also explained that if he went through with the shipment and paid for the insurance, that the WORD OFMOUTH alone, would drastically increase his business! But as in all scams, they don't care about that! They probably don't have ANY of those products you see on the website! It is all fake and made up! And again, I got NO RESPONSE!

I Contacted Karl Xavier by phone and FINALLY got him on the phone after THREE ATTEMPTS! The other two times, there was no answering machine, and there is no direct email to him as well. He said he was trying to me a refund, but that was 4 days ago and I haven't heard from him since! SO THE MORAL OF THIS STORY, KIDDIES, IS, IF IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS TOO GOOD OF A DEAL, IT PROBABLY IS A SCAM! I want all of you to heed my warning! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE BALITMORE POLICE AND LET THEM KNOW!

Make a long story short, ordered product, got confirmation, and tracking number, got excited, then next day got email from shipping company stating I pay addition 400 for a deposit on my order. They basically have it hostage unless I pay. Of course I don’t pay it due to them only accepting western union or money gram, which threw up red flags, so I lose my money from the product, and no product. Bad, bad people, w no morals. But I’m a believer in karma. And oh yea, F***THEM! They are scum of the earth.

In December, 2017 I placed to orders with Bud 4High for cartridges, and they had me send my funds then tried to inform that my first order was being held by Nippon Express because of a $500 deposit, I contacted the company and e planned that shipping was their concern not min, and that I refused to pay anything towards a deposit for shipping since I had already paid Bud4High for next day express shipping. I even copied their delivery statement and informed Bud4High that they also list other forms of shipping, and that they needed to sort this issue out. I was able to communicate with them via text before they now refused to show any correspondence. I am still emailing, phoning without any replies. Now my next step is to report Bud4High as a scam, and in the process I have found that they have done the same thing to others.

I recently bought from this company 5 THC Cartridges due to myself having lung cancer and needing them to get rid of constant nausea and migraines from chemotherapy. They were very delayed at "sending" the product and when they did so they sent it with a very sketchy shipping company that was created on January 1st, 2018. reliablepriorityexpress.com. Their website was hosted by a company in Pakistan and everything seemed very sketchy as soon as I received the tracking number. After a day of receiving the tracking number I received an email from the shipping company requiring that I pay a 400$ insurance fee and I just told myself f* that and here I am. I have been tracking the people at Bud4High for a while through their emails and text messages that they have sent out to me, and I have found out their and their constant location 24/7 and their IP address and through this I have gathered a majority of their personal details, all the way down to the food that they buy at food markets I have contacted Bud4High concerning this and having them send my product before I release all the information I have gathered from them and personally ruin their lives.

If you are thinking of buying from Bud4High or any online Cannabis dispensary do not do so, most websites on the internet are a scam and will take your money are run. I am hoping Bud4High sees this message and considers sending my product. Also, do not believe the reviews on their website they were all posted within 1 week of each other. I am not going to bother reporting this to the police because they most likely will not do anything so I am taking matters into my own hands and go as far as taking everything from them and giving it back to the people they have scammed. If I do receive my product I will update this report and I will go on my way.

Thank You.

Anti scam services

Hello sir,you cant be too sure that the police wont do anything about scam issues online. It is becoming too rampant by the day and has to be erradicated. A team of anti online fraud has been put in place in the USA,operating for 4 months now or so. They track all transactions and gets the bastards in less than a few days. I got ripped off of $2850 last week monady and guess what, the guys are going through the worst moments of their lives now. Just contact them and report to them, send them a mail at their address ([email protected])!!! Imagine you get the meet the one who scammed you,you will kill him, YES you will see him,but leave any other judgment in the hands other police. I was scammed too so i know how you feel.

There website looked legit but then I saw these reports saying people got ripped off. I want sure what to think because their site says these reports were lies so I gave them a try. Turns out I should have listen to other reports. They only take payment that cannot be traced to them. I sent them BTC and after realizing I got scammed when to simple company to see if they can trace where my money went. Turns out the BTC wallet is anonymous and couldn't get my money back. Don't be an idiot like me and order from here. The shipping company and bud4life are the same people. They are located in USA, just need to track their IP address down to their location. Don't pay the shipping company, it is fake and ask for some deposit. If you are planning to make any payments, make sure to use paypal or something reliable. Don't send cash or BTC

These people are POS's. The CSMFer's won't answer my calls and (Blocked) my number. You F'with a terminal patient. Placed order, sent western union, referred me to fake shipping company, end result...no product. Do not use them. If you do you will be disappointed!!

I got on their website bud4high.com and place my order. I did exactly like they said and went to Western Union and wired them $481. The next day they sent me shipping information. I soon realized I should be company was fake. I emailed them anyway for them to send me an email back and four hundred more dollars to ship my package. I refuse to pay it and told the company to ship FedEx or UPS. Needless to say it's been two weeks now and I have not received my product or refund. The company will no longer answer my calls or respond to my emails. They are scammers.

Trying to order products from these sites with lead to severe disappointment. They will take your money without any regard for your medical or personal needs and deliver zero products.

Investigate them yourselves and it's not too hard to figure out. They don't respond to phone calls, nor have any way to leave messages. They will only respond to emails with information on where to send your Western Union money. They use a defferent name or Alias for orders, making it difficult to track them. They can pick up your money anywhere in the state of Maryland as well. They don't pick it up at the On The Border restaurant they ask you to wire the money to.

You will receive a very expensive fake tracking number to get your hope up. This will quickly be crushed, when you realize the tracking number doesn't update and then also realize they won't respond to any more communication of any sort. They and the shipping company will send you a form requesting $400 for discreet shipping and insurance to guarantee delivery. It states you will receive $396.00 back upon safe delivery....? Wait, what? How do you receive this refund or any refund if your not happy with the order? You don't! They cut off all forms of communication, unless of course you're willing to send the shipping company more money, which once again is Western Union to some BS location with a false name.

There's a reason they have $200-$300 minimum orders. It's not worth their hassle to steal less from you! If you call them out on any of this, they just ignore you and block you from contacting them.

The promises to keep your information safe and secure....? How safe is your personal information, when you can't even contact anyone at these companies?

Hopefully they are shut down soon, as it baffles me they have been allowed to operate this long. They blatantly steal thousands every day from people expecting a product for their money. You are only paying for frustration and a lighter wallet from these so called companies.

I made a payment about 313$ for cbd Amazing Grace .The shipping company told me that I needed an insurance and they ask me for 400$ and I did it . Then the company asked me for a medical marijuana card and I didn't have and i told that to the bud4high and then the guy behind the website bud4high asked for 1000 $ for that card and I said that I didn't have more money and suddenly they not answeres anymore . And the shipping company took my 400$ and not answered no more too. The shipping company is Reliable Priority Express Delivery and their website is reliablepriorityexpress.com.

The Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971 is a United Nations treaty designed to control psychoactive drugs such as amphetamine-type stimulants, Cannabis, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, and psychedelics signed in Vienna, Austria on 21 February 1971. Full details on this follow in the subsequent paragraphs. 1. Following a compromise between the Courier Complaint Commission and the International Narcotics Control Board (2008), Analgesic and psychoactive drugs are used as a substitute for illegal drugs. It, therefore, makes them dangerous products which are open to people even below the age of 18 and henceforth should be insured in case of any health damages and this insurance fee may vary from various types of chemical compounds composed in their raw state and their level of potency and also be evaluated depending on Financial value of the products to be shipped as a whole. From our end evaluation, not all requirements have been met for your package to be transported and delivered successfully. * After the insurance fee is paid, We will provide a fully refundable receipt, which will entitle you to a 99% refund of the money paid for insurance in cheque upon delivery after a 1% of the amount have been deducted as insurance certificate fee. *If anything should happen to the package during delivery after this insurance fees have been paid for, the Shipping company shall be fully reliable for all expenses and extra compensation. * This means you will have to pay a cargo insurance for your package as evaluated below. I was trying to purchase marijuana for recreational purposes so I ordered from their website, thinking it may be legit what’s the worse that can happen right? I spent $469.20 on an ounce with the transfer fee on MoneyGram (I should’ve known not to send money to someone IDK but I took a dumb chance). Anyway, they took a day to get me a tracking # to their bulls*** "shipping company” called Reliable Priority Express Delivery that is located in Maryland like they are. (However, on BUD4HIGH’s website they show USPS, FedEx, EMS, DHL as delivery options but they only have you use this one you never heard of). The shipping company emails that I need to pay $400 insurance I will get $396 back upon delivery.
