I hired buckhead credit repair owned by justin in july of 2019. Not to long after, i hired his company i started getting information in the mail that new credit cards, and personal loans where being opened up in my name. Justin had me send him all of my personal information along with my license and social security card when i first hired him. He kept telling me that he was the best in credit repair, and he needed my identification to send to the credit bureaus to start my credit disputes. Around august 12, 2019, i started receiving calls from banks advising me that accounts where being opened in my name. I rushed to contact the credit bureaus, and found out that my fraud alert was removed off of my credit file. All of my information was changed and updated to a new address. I also received a change of address from the united states postal service that my address was changed without my consent. All of this happened right after, i hired buckhead credit repair and sent my personal information to justin the owner of this company. My credit was never repaired of any negative items, and all he did was put a fraud alert on my credit file. He literally took my personal information to commit identity theft with it. I also went to justin address for buckhead credit repair located at 3500 lenox rd ne #1500 atlanta, ga 30326 to see if he was at his office. This is a virtual office and not a physical office!!!!! this address is the address for a virtual office suite space for a company by the name of regus one alliance center office space. When i went to this address it clearly said the name on the front entrance door and when i walked in, and asked if a justin in suite #1500 who own buckhead credit repair was available. She told me they only have virtual office spaces, and he only have a virtual office at this location. She said a lot of companies use their physical address for their business address. She told me i had to contact him myself, because companies that rent virtual office spaces deal with their clients on their own. They just allow companies to use their address as if it is a physical location for their actual business. I couldn’t believe this, and now i understand how it was so easy for justin to run off with my money! if you are experiencing any issues with your credit after hiring this company please contact authorities asap!
