On Spetember, 2019 we purchased a 2019 Prowler 28LX RV from Buckeye. At the time it did not have a table top and one drawer for a kitchen cabinet was missing. Also, we were told by the salesperson they would deliver the RV to our campground at no charge. They did allow us to keep it on their lot for one week until we signed the papers with the campground we are keeping it at. During that time the salesperson was no longer working for Buckeye and we were told that they would not deliver it for us. So, we had to hire someone to move it to the campground.

We were told it might take a couple of weeks or so to receive the table top and drawer. Well, 4 months later they finally came in. Because the caampground was closed for the seasoh we had to wait for it to open on April 28th. When we took them up to the campground the table top was the wrong size. It was about 11 inches to large. and the cabinet was in pieces and has to be built. Additionally, there was no handle for the cabinet.

On May 1st as we were opening up the trailer, we found out the toilet is leaking and three lights in the main living area will not turn on. Since there is no wall switch for them you must use the switch on each light. Also, the city water connection is leaking.

I called once and was told they need to look up the model to determine the correct tabletop, but it would take a few days and I would have an answer by the end of the week. I have called two more times and there was no answer. I left messages, but still no return call. I will call one more time on May 4th. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours I will then inform them I am filing a civil suit against them.

Since purchasing my travel trailer/camper from Buckeye RV in Jeffersonville, Ohio back on August 24, 2017, I have only had the unit in my possession intermittently for 38 days! It has been in their repair shop for a long list of repairs the rest of the time. While they have fixed most items so far that keep breaking, it has been a struggle to ensure the repairs are being done in a timely fashion and a quality manner. This time my camper has been at Buckeye RV since November 10, 2017.

The biggest final repair I am waiting on is the replacement of the linoleum flooring throughout the entire camper. They have attempted this repair now four (4) times without success. I have not heard back from the Buckeye RV Service Manager, Jeremy Evans, via phone or text message since February 19. I have also spoken and emailed with a Customer Service Warranty Representative, Gary Myers, from Heartland RV - the manufacturer of our camper. He has contacted Buckeye RV several times and is attempting to coordinate repairs as well. However, I have not heard back from Mr. Myers via email or phone since March 6.

I would like to have my camper repaired correctly, to the condition that it was when I purchased it back in August of last year. We also would like some sort of financial restitution due to our inability to use the camper versus the fact that we have been making payments for almost seven (7) months now. They have denied us the luxury of using the camper that we are paying for every month with poor quality and service.
