I purchased a groupon and requested a cleaning on my empty house I just moved out of. It was still for sale. Patricia contacted me saying she was going to clean it a day later. I tried to contact her twice to go over instructions and she did not return calls. I looked at groupon later and it was marked used with comments she cleaned floors and counter tops. My realtor checked the digital lock box and nobody entered the house. She took pictures of the uncleared house. Bubbly clean will not refund money!
I purchased a voucher from Groupon and I regret it!! This company has the WORST customer service ever. Their cleaners don't show, you can't reach anyone via phone, email, or text, and they have no business being in business. They are a liability to their industry and I will never trust Groupon again with a purchase of a professional service. I have deactivated my credit card/ordered a replacement with a new number and disputed my charge.

Bubbly Cleaning had a link in their "fine print" to check before purchasing, which I did twice just to be sure, and was told they serviced my zip. I went ahead and purchased 2-1/2 hours of cleaning for $69 and immediately went to schedule.
At this point, I was redirected to the website for Homeaglow, formerly Home Joy. Had I known Bubbly was a front for that company, I certainly would not have purchased. I was sent terrible cleaners from Home Joy. One just walked out, leaving my vacuum in the middle of the living room, and didn't even tell me he was leaving. He also made off with some expensive clippers for pets" nails. However, having purchased the Groupon, all I could do was go ahead and schedule. I put my zipcode in, and guess what! They did not service my area. Luckily, Groupon issued a refund.
For the heck of it, I just visited Bubbly Cleaning website, and again put in my zipcode. For 2-1/2 hours (they threw in the extra half hour for free!), the charge would now be $111, and a cleaner in this zip is available. Imagine that. Do not have anything to do with any of these cleaning services.

I've had 3 cleaners cancel on me. You can't reach the company by phone or chat.
