This company uses fake sale prices. they just double the "original price" and act like the sale is 50% off. I have a catalog in which I was watching a comforter set I wanted to buy. The price was 84.99. I got an email with 50% off on bedding.
I looked up the comforter and it said "original price $199.99, sale price$ 84.99. This is dihonest and should be illegal.

This company uses deceptive practices. I wanted to cancel an order that I made less than 24 hours ago, and went to their website to check on the status of the order. It showed that I had no orders pending and that none had been shipped. I chatted with and talked to representatives who said that the order had been "locked for shipping" 13 minutes before I called and that neither they nor any managers or supervisors could do anything about it. Now I will have to pay to return some things that I don't want.
