Not only did I didn't receive all the items listed on my order (enclosed) but the lack of communication, and refusal to speak to a specialist for a follow up on any progress to the work has not only lead to an incomplete or soddy job but threats to not call back and being conned out of $300 or more. They are crooks with a capital C.
