Bruegger's Bagels overcharges customers for breakfast sandwhichs even after I complained about this problem two months ago. June 09, 2016, I ordered a bagel with ham and swiss cheese-no eggs, with a large coffee and was charged $10.05. I explained to the person that the price was too high and that I had made a complaint about the inconsistancy of pricing in the past. She made deductions and apologized, she stated that she came from a different store. She went on to say that the customer was supposed to tell her if they got the breakfast or lunch portion. I told her it was 8:25 am and asked her why would she assume it was a lunch portion? The sandwhich clearly had the letters MC on it, why wouldn't the person making the sandwhich identify which portion I was given since it is very important information when determining pricing. The cost of my sandwhich went down almost $4.00! This store overcharges on a regular basis. The person that had rang me out was a General Manager, shouldn't she know better than anyone how much a sandwhich cost? Bruegger's Bagels also never provides an itemized reciept, this was they can cheat customers without them knowing about it or having evidence of the overcharges.
