Our story is much the same as other reports filed on this website- a high fee, years of paperwork where we were bounced from one representative to another, all guarantees voided, "bankruptcy" declared even though they are obviously under a different shell company, and no accountability. We were never even informed that our application was dropped, due to "our lack of communication." When I pointed to the long paper trail that proved we tried very hard to get into contact with them, only THEN was I told that all applications had been closed.
