Horrible. We build our home with them and purchased solar panels with it for $9300. The house was finished 1 year ago. After a year the panels are still not connected! Brookfield has ignored all our attempts to resolve the issue. The panels are not working, they are not connecting them and refusing to refund the money. We are very frustrated as we are so tired of fighting with them and being ignored and will now have to go through the court procedures to get our money back. What a ripoff. Customer service has been a nightmare too.
