The company advertised a 2 week trial that would start when I received the product. I paid $11.00 for the "free trial offer" shipping and could try it for 2 weeks. After I had the trial offer for a little over one week two charges were on my bank statement. One for $89.95 and the other for $85.95. I called Customer Service (they sound like collection agency!) and was told the "Free trial offer" started on the day you placed the order. The question is how could I try the creams for two weeks if I did not have them yet. The CS Rep was very pushy and made you feel stupid, was trying to convince you that two weeks does not amount to 14 days. There was no point of further discussion unless you want to be further humiliated. Please beware and do not fall into their trap. This is a prearranged total scam. If you fell into their trap please report them!
