Be extremely wary of utilizing Broad Financial. I went down this road and was amazed at the sales pitch being offered. Unfortunately once you cut the check and decide to proceed you will no longer receive any customer service from them. When dealing with a significant financial transition I had no choice but to cancel.
Instead of just agreeing to their errors and allowing us to part ways they still charged me $400 for their lack of service. However it wasn’t done there, it got worse. Since I had already sent in my deposit check they charged me an additional $150 to get my own money back. The called this a ‘account closing fee’.
I can understand that not every provider is going to work for every customer. But Broad Financial is only in the market for their bottom line. Be very caution before proceeding with them and it was a $650 lesson not counting the lost time and hassles involved.
