A purchase gone wrong in November 2016 - where the salesperson was supposed to issue a partial credit; then the store mismanaged the situation where I just wanted a full refund. Then they kept playing this we do not issue refunds and you will have to contact our LA corporate office. Note - there is no LA corporate office. It is in Miami FL. I left the product in the Miami store and followed up with "corporate office".
I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, the Florida Agriculture and Consumer Services, the FTC, and several other consumer protection agencies.
Now February 2017 the company told me they would issue my refund only if I sign an agreement to remove all my complaints above. I refuse to sign. This is consumer blackmail. This has nothing to do with my purchase, my bad experience with them, their shady business practices. Free my refund!
