Worst place ever horrible experience. I bought a new Mercedes Benz here everything went fine all the paperwork signed. I had the car almost a month and they called me telling me it's an emergency I need to bring the car back because the loan didn't go through. And promised I'd get my down payment and now they won't give my 1500$ back to me that I paid!!! They say there's a tear in the seat which there is but it was there the day I got it!! Worst car experience I have ever had!!!!! I am so upset! So unprofessional when I would call asking for my money I would get hung up on and jerked around nobody knew anything. Just horrible.
And my mom call the saleman named John to tell him about the problem and he told my mom to call auto town to schedule an appt to have the car service they gave us a loaner car thet had the car almost three weeks before we got the car back in the mean time we paid $500 down and was suppose to paid another $500 for the downpayment but did not because the car the car was in the shop and we told them we will pay the other $500 when car het fix but when we got the car back it had the same problem we call the dealship to inform them that the car was not fixed their rely was you pay $50 now and$450 when we fix it or or they will fix nothing we had signed agreement that either pay can cancel the agreement within 30 days of purchase i am trying give the car bit finance company said count as repossessions.
My name is Mitchell Williams I was getting a Lincoln LS from Bridge City Auto Sales I traded my truck in on to get it 2 weeks went by they said the loan fell through so they came and took the car from me now I'm left with no vehicle at all they are very unprofessional they had no paperwork available when needed to be signed when they said I was needed to be there to sign it the so-called financial advisor of the company greeted me with a mouth full of food and food stuck in his teeth very unprofessional the so-called owner of the company Jessica is very unprofessional as well they knew a situation has had a ride and they could not have the decency to tell anybody about it until a person got there who was supposedly myself was thinking that everything was going to be ok sign in a piece of paper stating that everything was funded in my car would still be in my name and all that good stuff but no they screwed me without a kiss took my money took the vehicle so I'm left with nothing so I advise anyone who goes to Bridge City Auto Sales to really think twice about what you're doing because you will get ripped off they are a joke
