He calls from 1 (800) 921-4324 ext. 101 and attempts to send people to the nearest check cashing business where he requests them to wire money into an account to cancel the credit debt on the account. The answering service is automated and the name changes frequently to reflect his latest scam. One day it's Xcel Energy, then Dominion Virginia Power, now Indianapolis Power Co.
