We came into contact with Brian Bolton on 6/26/16, he was advertising a motorhome (31' Rexhall American Clipper) on Craigslist. We provided Mr. Bolton with a deposit of $5,000 toward the payment of the motorhome and advised him we would not be able to complete the transaction until after the 4th of July holiday as we would be out of town. The following day, Monday, Mr. Bolton cashed the check and became very aggressive about finalizing the transaction asap not after the holiday as originally agreed upon. We became suspicious, researched the VIN#, and found out that the motorhome is a 2002 not a 2004 as he stated. We requested our monies be returned due to false advertising and false pretence; however, Brian Bolton refused to return our monies.
