Brian Beadell with B @ B Custom Coatings is a thief who should not be trusted under any circumstance. In the past he has done a couple projects for me and has not stolen but recently I asked him to paint one unit in a 4-plex I own. I originally contacted him around the middle of May to get a quote and we agreed the job was originally supposed to be done by the 3rd of June and then that date was pushed out to the 8th of the month. Brian had asked for $1000 up front that I paid him. As time crept by and and I couldn't start to rent the unit I became frustrated and asked for a discount of the original $1800 he quoted me... This, for whatever reason, made him crazy and he started calling me a scumbag via text and wouldn't return my calls. Around the 8-12th someone Brian hired was in the unit with the lockbox code I had given Brian to start masking. I later found out this guy had ridden his bike to the complex, slept there over night, and then showered there in the morning from the tenant downstairs. I guess I won't be giving lockbox codes to dirtball contractors again! Needless to say, I ended up hiring another company and I doubt I will ever see my money again. No more "work" was completed and Brian and his bike riding "crew" never showed up again and refuse to awnser or return phone calls. DO NOT TRUST BRIAN BEADELL!!! He is a thief and and even his subcontractors are scummy pieces of s**t.
