I wish we would have googled this guy first instead of afterwards as we would have found previous Yscam. My partner arranged for him to come and fix a badly leaking hot tub which drained itself almost entirely down the foundation wall of the house. He said he would come the next day A tuesday in january) which had very warm temperatures Monday night before the repair was plus 7). So this guy told us to fill the tub up which we did and then we kept the dogs in the house the next day so as not to bother him. Tuesday he was a no show, so he said he would come wednesday morning as he apparently got too busy. Okay, partner arranges to wednesday and while frustrating, we knew it would only be one more day of water leaking down the foundation wall of the house.
Wednesday it got cold, and again this brent guy was a no show only this time his excuse was he thought he was communicating with a different lady who said not to come. Partner said no, as we needed him there badly and she was not the one who said not to come. He offers to come that night in the dark when i was working late which was not workable for us, so she arranges with him yet another day Thursday) and that he needed to come for sure as it is draining itself due to the leak. Predictably, thursday came and now its close to -30 so he bails on us again and this time cites the weather Wednesday was cold too but he had the wrong lady excuse). So now, i step in and text him to complain how unprofessional and shoddy he is and that i was going to complain somewhere and if the house is damaged i would consider legal action.
So he texts back that i'm entitled, a bully, and that his "health and safety" is more important than my luxury Of course it is. No one would dispute that). I didn't even waste my time going further engaging his cheeky and irresponsible attitude. The issue for us was that he told us to fill the tub on monday. It has a very bad leak, and then we had 3 days of his no show allowing the tub to drain half of itself down my foundation wall. This left us stuck in -30 weather and no repair guy. Now that we found the other Yscam about him, i'm actually glad he did not come as we would likely have spent money on a botched repair and he would have disappeared and not returned messages. Stay far down wind of this guy if you need a hot tub repair.
