I had the worst customer experience at Brenner Nissan. I came in looking to buy a new car, preferably an SUV and was treated so unprofessionally. What saddens me the most is that I have bought 3 cars from Brenner Nissan in the past and even had the maintenance done on my car here regularly. I also referred many of my friends and family to Brenner Nissan in the past. The sales person that I usually deal with, Felix, no longer works there so they assigned me a new sales person. They gave me this guy name Leon Voughns. They pointed me to him and walked towards him and had to wait 3 minutes for him to get off his cell phone bc he is busy trying to book a tux fitting for his wedding. Great first impression, right? Not! Than, my husband and I sit down at his desk and he took another 2 minutes just to find paper and pen to right with. As a salesman, you should be prepared. My husband and I came late in the day so I can understand not all paperwork can be done that evening, so I asked him to reschedule for me to come back the next day and he said he will call me. He did not call me for 3 days.I left numerous voicemails and emails.

On the third day, I called him again and a lady told me that he had left for the day, than I asked to speak to a manager and they gave my call to a man name Isaac. I told Isaac that I want to check on the status of my application for a vehicle loan be I have not received a response from Leon. Isaac said to me "Leon is standing right here in front of me, would you like to speak to him?”. I spoke to him and he told me that he apologizes and forgot about my application. I told him I left numerous voicemails and emails and he said that he apologize, he was busy. 3 days and no response, I don’t think someone can be that busy to not return a customer call back. 2 days later he calls me back and ask can I make a $4000 down payment. I told him that I only have $2000 for a down payment. Than he tried to sell me a Nissan Sentra. I drive a 2015 Nissan Altima, why would I want a Sentra when I specifically told him I commute an hour to work each day and need something good on snow. Still he kept pushing a Sentra. Than he ask me if he could call me back, again, and again no call back.

I called and ask to speak to a manager and they gave me to the voicemail of another manager, I left a voicemail and no one called me back. I just learned this past Saturday that my brother went to Brenner Nissan to purchase a pathfinder. He wanted to do a trade in. He was also given the salesman Leon. Leon told him that he would give a call back bc there are other customers waiting. He never gave my brother a call back, and even lost the title and registration to my brother Altima. My brother went to Faulkner, got approved for a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder without a trade in and had to pay for a new registration and title. I will never go to Brenner again. They treat me and my family terribly. Where is the customer service. How can you have a person like that work there. I have an appointment at Faulkner on Friday. I hope they treat me much better than Brenner treated me.
