Brenda purchased a bengal kitten from our cattery. She purchased our bengal kitten on 10-13-2016. We had spoke on the phone and I told her about our kittens and our cattery and everything our kittens come with. She seemed very thrilled and stated she was happy her kitten was coming spayed and she's such a great price for everything she's coming with. On 10-16-2016 she called me and said her daughter said the kitten was too expensive for her to be spayed and demanded breeding rights.
I offered her breeding rights for an additional small fee and she seemed pleased with the idea and said her daughter would pay the additional fee in person when her daughter picked up the kitten for her. She later called me in December and said the kitten was too expensive and she demanded a refund. We told her we sent her the contract 3 times via email and in our contract and on our website we do not do refunds if the buyer decides they no longer want the kitten.
We only do refunds if the kitten is injured or dies in our care but her deposit is transferrable to another litter. Her deposit is a holding fee because we have told other buyer the kitten is sold for 3 months and we have held this kitten for her for 3 months.
She stopped communication with me and refused pick up of her kitten. She ended up filing a charge back with her Finacial institution and said the item was not as described she told her Finacial institution she thought the small 3 pound kitten was a tiger. Although she visited our website and saw our contract that state the history of the breed everywhere. She began to lie after lie and make excuses why she did not want the kitten. And she charged back all her money including our holding fee for the kitten. Do not sell to this person she is a scam artists and does not have any business ethics although she owns a apartment complex and knows deposits are non refundable by contract.
