I ordered a free sample of anti-aging cream and eye serum from Beauty Stays. Before my trial period had ended. I noticed that my Bsnk Credit Card had been charged 97.83. I immediately called the bank and they gave me the number to the company. I called them and told them that I was still iner the trial period and I wanted my money credited to my Bank card. He said he could only do 50%. I told him that I am on disability and need my money back to purchase my medications.
He credited my sccount for 48.91. He said that his manager would call me and to send back the eye serum within 30 days. which I did. The manager never called and I never received the rest of my money back. Now I have a charge on my Bank card for 94.68 from a company called BeautyBella. I have never heard of this company. And I have not ordered anything from them. I learned my lesson from the previous Ripoff. Thank You for any help that you can give.
