I purchased my puppy in April of 2016. The store talked me into buying their insurance and said to contact them with any concerns. First, she developed "mange". They gave a hard time covering it. She has had knee surgery, has a liver condition and now found out she has a heart murmur. I called the store number and it is out of service. I know they are being closed down but there should be a message and a number to call with concerns about pets purchased there.
How am I supposed to find out if all of this is hereditary and I am concerned for my puppies health. The store charged a lot of money for this puppy. They took a big profit and left everyone concerned about their pets health.
