Last year I replaced an broken dishwaster. I purchase the dishwasher June of 2017 from Brandsmart USA. Contractors came out to my home several times to correct and replace faulty dishwash given. First dishwasher wash not draining water.. the second they removed pipe/tube for old connection and reroute tubing to garbage disposal...
So I had leaking for 14 months distroying my cabinets, flood, carpet and celing... I had several Handyman come in to check where water was coming from, but they could never find it. each time charging $100 to say nothing was wrong. late July 2018 My boiler broken down, I got a professional contractor come in. Mr Bincaire replace boiler.. I ask Mr Bincaire to check to see where this water was coming from and that's when I found out that old connection pipe was never capped.
I Called Brandsmart to notify them of my problem to see if someone could come out to correct problem. cause I didn't have anymore money after fixing boiler. I called and was passed around to several customer service reps. the last Customer service rep gave me Manager Todd. he had me on hold for 20mins then said that servicemen will come out to evaluate area and they did, they took pictures of the area and told me that Travellers insurance will contact me and that was in early August. I when Back to the store early September which I spoke to Todd, who was very very nasty in his approach. I called the Head office in Florida to complaint about treatment I got from Todd and to tell about the uncap pipe. I left several messages for Mr Bobby Johnson who overseas Doraville branch. Now its November and no word or call from Travellers insurance or Brandsmart Manager Mr Johnson..
I purchased a $750.00 Samsung TV. It came defective and after 1 day i return to the store for an exchange. They refuse to exchange claiming the fact there is a white spot on the screen its not a defect! Horrible store! Horrible customer service! Buyer aware!
On 12/24 I purchase a 65 in smart tv that was delievered to me damage the delivery guy never open the box after a few days pass not knowing I open the box and to my disbelieve the screen was Damage, I immediately contact bransdmart I sent sever pictures to show the tv in its box and original condition and was told they cannot accept the tv back because it needs to play a message after trying over the phone with no success I went to the store and they were unable to do the same I was told by a sales rep the tv will not play any message because it was never set up after calling brandsmart again I was told they cannot exchange the tv they didn't even try to help me repair it I'm still stuck with this tv I paid over a thousand dollars for so heart broken I cried but till this day I'm still stuck with the tv.
